Customers may make changes to their bookings up to 48 hours prior to visiting.
If a customer wishes to cancel their booking the following conditions apply.
A confirmed order is locked in. Changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to the original booking time, but is non-refundable. Changes include names and/or times.
Cancellations of 'Confirmed" orders inside of 7 days prior to the visit are non-refundable.
A pending order may be cancelled with a full refund of any monies paid.
No shows are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided to passengers who are late, and miss their tour departure time.
Oceanic Victor operates in a marine environment, and there is an inherent risk of cancellation due to heavy weather. Oceanic Victor reserves the right to cancel visits if of the opinion that extreme weather or other conditions pose a threat to the safety of customers. In the event of cancellation by the operator, customers will either be re-booked for an alternative date or a full refund will be given. Refunds will only be paid to the card/person who made the payment.
